N.B. Frank and I must have both posted at the same time, as I did not read this post (and Frank could not have read mine), but we both reachd the same conclusion: Floyd wins on Tuesday.

We also agree that the climb from the Maurienne to Glandon-Croix-de-Fer is its own kind of delicious hell. I sagged a group of about 6 on the Croix de Fer on a hot day in 2004. They drank 10 gallons of water from the valley to the summit--and cleaned out the cooler of Cokes, etc.

Anyway, Velorant agrees: Floyd on Tuesday. Any other theories?
